House Calls are available in Prince George's, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Howard Counties in Maryland only, within 4 miles of Church Rd South, Kettering, MD 20774. Outside that radius, an additional charge of $3/mile round-trip applies. Virtual consults are telephone or video appointments to patients who live in Prince George's, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Howard Counties in Maryland and are physically located anywhere within DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or North Carolina at the time of the virtual consult.
* Enrollment includes a detailed review of medical, family, and social history, medication reconciliation, and update of medical record; focused physical exam.
** A Personalized Health Risk Assessment utilizes current screening guidelines per USPSTF, ACOG, IDSA and APA.
***Any requested immunizations require planning in advance. Please advise at least 60 days prior if any immunizations are desired. Immunizations are subject to availability.
